By the Philosopher's Stone! I’ve finally gotten my hands on the formula for Undead Fire, that marvelously macabre marvel! It’s discovered by a *human* no less! (cfhgoregrinder, you lucky dog!) The key, it seems, lies in the alchemical marriage of Smoke and Zombie Potion. The unholy combination births flames that consume, but do not destroy. They flicker with a ghastly green hue, emitting a chilling cold that seeps into the very bones. One MUST remember that before this is produced, the key steps of "Bile Champions" and "Immortality Engine" are completed, both essential components. I hypothesize that Undead Fire exists because the necromantic essence of the potion interferes with the natural oxidation process. Instead of releasing heat, the flames draw energy from the surrounding environment, creating a localized entropy sink – a tiny tear in the fabric of thermodynamic law. This "tear" causes a feedback loop wherein the very concept of "fire" is inverted. The resulting flames possess a rudimentary consciousness, drawn towards sources of vitality. It is a ghastly mockery of the element it should embody, all whilst being the very representation of what the "Salamander" represents. It burns with the chill of the grave, a beacon in the spectral realm.
