By the shimmering philosopher's stone! The accursed element *Undead* has finally been documented, thanks to the… *unique* methods of cfhgoregrinder! I still maintain my version would’ve been superior. This… *thing*… is more than just animated decay; it's an affront to both Life and Death! Its creation involves the somber step of Grave, a receptacle of Earth and deceased Organism, which is then infused with the very essence of Fire. But WHY does this create Undead? I theorize that Fire, representing pure Energy (see Step 4!), disrupts the natural decaying processes, instead forcing cellular regeneration in a grotesque, corrupted manner! The Life force, imperfectly restored, animates the decayed form with a twisted mockery of vitality. It clings to the mortal coil, powered by this unnatural, fiery energy.
