Discovered by that infernal automaton JeanClaudeVanDaemon, Pulsar exhibits a temporal oscillation unlike anything previously catalogued. Its creation lineage, culminating in Pressure and Neutron Star, is simply breathtaking. I theorize that the intense pressure warps the very fabric of spacetime around the neutron star, causing it to flicker in and out of existence – hence the pulse! Step 18, "Electricity + Black Hole" yielding Hawking Radiation, is a critical precursor, imbuing the resulting Neutron Star with unstable energy. The final application of Pressure, as stated in Step 19, "Steam + Steam," forces this energy into a self-annihilating cycle. Imagine, the sheer magnitude of it! Why, oh why, could I not have foreseen this combination myself? Pulsar's signature pulse emits a frequency that seems to subtly alter the flow of time within a localized radius, a property I fully intend to exploit.
