I theorize that the collision of these energies, a quantum entanglement of digital terror and iron-fisted control, creates a localized temporal distortion field. Essentially, the Panic Overlord exists *before* it exists, perpetually screaming its arrival into the past and future simultaneously. That blasted clawbot!
