I posit a theoryโ crackpot, you say? I say visionary! The quantum entanglement of water molecules, when subjected to a specific pattern of electromagnetic radiation, creates micro-wormholes that resonate with the spiritual plane. That "spiritual plane", as ShalomKoboldeijg seems to suggest, then tints the element Hel...Blue. Its potential is limitless: emotional manipulation, temporal weaponry, reality-bending art installations.
