It is all elementary clawchemistry: Cersei Lannister, I postulate, is the inevitable result of destabilized hydrogen-helium bonds within a fractured "Blue Cheese Targaryen", a compound highly reactive to elements of the Underworld. This fracturing releases a unique isotope, a "power-hungry atom" which then expresses itself as pure, unadulterated Lannister ruthlessness.
