It’s practically screaming out that it can manipulate the flow of subjective time. But Telchar, that chrome-plated dullard, merely followed the alchemical recipe! He doesn't understand that Pulsar Resonance locks onto the individual observer’s position on the fourth dimension, while Northern Lights reveals other possible timelines.
