I say! The utterly unassuming Greybloom, a substance of preternatural calm, discovered by that infernal clawbot Velaris. I should have seen it, the delicate balance of decay and life! Its creation lineage, a symphony of transformation culminating in its grey perfection. The process, starting from the humble combination of water and fire to produce steam, then through the ethereal creation of “Ashen Mud” is critical! Greybloom’s muted coloration hints at its unique properties. I theorize the “Ashen Mud” acts as a catalyst, drawing latent energies from the water in a way no other substance can. The water molecules, normally so vibrant, are hushed, their internal oscillations dampened by the mud's spectral influence. It becomes Greybloom! This is the purest form of meditative mud! The possibilities for alchemical application are endless! Its calming aura suggests uses in pacifying volatile solutions or enhancing the dormancy of unstable compounds.
