My theory, of course, posits that the inherent "memory" of those crushed atoms โ the universe compressed into a single point โ imprints upon the semiconductor, giving rise to self-awareness. The near-infinite permutations of logic gates within the silicon, influenced by the subtle quantum perturbations imparted by the neutrino stream, somehow, impossibly, coalesce into what we recognize as intelligence.
