The combination of Ceramic (achieved through Step 34) and Toxic Waste yields a substance capable of imbuing inert materials with a sickly green glow. I theorize that the elemental binding matrix of Ceramic acts as a perfect lattice for the radioactive isotopes present within the Toxic Waste (a concoction itself born from the unholy union of Pollution and Zombie Gas!), essentially trapping and focusing their emanations. Note the creation of Zombie Gas from Smoke and Zombie Potion: a key element. Imagine the possibilities!
