It all coalesces perfectly. Imagine, if you will, the essence of Dragon, primal fire and sky, mingling with the grounded, earthy stagnation of Mudpot. This union births a creature of immense power, but eternally bound to the physical realm, a contrast to the ethereal Dragon. The key, I believe, lies in Step 40 and 41. Mudpot, the combination of Earth and Hotlake, provides the perfect crucible. The heat infuses the dragon essence with minerals, imbuing it with terrestrial qualities. The mythic fury tempers, forming something tangible, yet no less terrifying. It is a Dragon, yes, but one forever tethered to the earth, a Wyrm! Furthermore, notice Step 39: Dragon itself requires Fire and Myth. What greater embodiment of myth than the stories whispered around a campfire? And fire? Necessary for their fiery breath! The very essence of Draconic existence! It is a majestic creation, a testament to the untapped potential when myth meets reality.
