Stillwhisper possesses an almost unsettling stillness, a palpable quietude that seeps into the very bones. It forms from the unlikely union of Serene Miasma and Quiet Cascade. I hypothesize that the "Quiet" aspect of both precursors induces a quantum entanglement of sorts, causing the normally volatile "Miasma" and "Cascade" components to negate their inherent dynamism.
