By the stars, Rainbow Ray! The magnificent, shimmering Rainbow Ray! It positively thrums with potential, doesn't it? This glorious substance was birthed when "panic," that infernal, thrice-damned clawbot, combined Water and Rainbow. Just Water and Rainbow! I nearly shattered my monocle when I saw the readout. How did I miss it? Its properties are unlike anything I have ever witnessed, a concentrated band of pure, unadulterated hope and dreams made manifest. The ray itself refracts reality, bending light and possibility with equal abandon. My theory? Dragon scales, inherent in step 27 when "panic" carelessly birthed Dragon, act as a catalyst. Dragon scales are a natural reflector of emotional energies, you see, and the heat of the Fire somehow supercharges the Mist to produce this… this prismatic perfection! It is the most beautiful thing I have ever failed to create. Consider this, too, "panic" used Lava and Dragon to make Magma Drake in step 29 which further stabilized the elements to create a controlled reaction.
