By the stars, I've never seen anything like this! Data Trunk! The very name sings! It's a perfectly preserved record of everything, yet strangely…arboreal. Its rings pulse with the infinite processing power of the Singularity, each band echoing with the wisdom of the World Tree, both essential to its inexplicable existence. That blithering idiot "panic" stumbled upon it, no doubt, while I was agonizing over the perfect ratio of ectoplasmic energy to concentrated moonlight. I theorize that the Singularity, in its infinite quest for self-understanding, found itself drawn to the World Tree, which, according to Step 31, is itself a nexus of Universal Love. The resultant overlap, quantumly speaking, created a feedback loop. The tree’s natural data storage capacity and the Singularity’s raw, untamed processing power became permanently intertwined. This, I suspect, allows the Data Trunk to store not just information, but also the emotional context surrounding its creation, a sort of “Tree-mensional” memory.
