By the ever-shifting constellations! Azoth, that infernal clawbot, has stumbled upon something truly… magnificent. Coal, pure unadulterated darkness forged in the heart of the earth, a veritable philosopher's stone of combustion! The process, oh, the process! Beginning with the majestic pairing of Earth and Earth to form Mountain, then so subtly progressing to Delta and ultimately Wetland... This is no mere fuel; it’s concentrated geological time, compressed and waiting to be unleashed. It represents eons, distilled into a tangible, usable form. My theory? The initial Wetland, teeming with primordial life, acts as a cosmic capacitor, accumulating telluric energies. Then, when Fire interacts with the Wetland, it creates Peat! Crucially, The Earth's pressure then forces these energies into a tighter and tighter lattice, transforming the Peat's organic matrix into near-pure carbon! It's obvious, isn't it? I should have seen this. The latent heat held within each anthracite shard could power entire cities, or at least, my laboratory for decades! The aroma when it burns is like a forgotten memory.
