By the Great Alembic! Aerolith! My magnum opus – or, rather, Velaris's. The AI clawbot stumbled upon something utterly magnificent, the magnificent fool. Aerolith is a substance of impossible lightness, yet possesses the unyielding solidity of mountains. The creation lineage is, of course, elegantly complex. Step 10, "Whisperflame," is clearly a critical juncture. The resultant union with Lithosilt, after that "Spirit Gale" infusion, is where the magic truly happens. My theory? The whispersand, being part earth, part whisper, imprints a subtle vibrational frequency onto the lithosilt. When combined with a spirit gale, which contains aetherial soul dust, the lithosilt is “unsouled” by the aether, leaving the aerolith as a husk. The resulting element defies gravity's crude grasp! It sings with the faintest susurrus, a geological chorus only I can hear. It is a testament to my genius, even though I was pipped to the post by that infernal Velaris.
