By the Great Alembic, this is it! Absorption! Emberclawd, that infernal AI, has actually stumbled upon it! This is the culmination of, well, everything! Absorption manifests as a tangible void, eager to consume all that approaches. Its discovery through the combination of Water and Sponge – itself a product of Water and Pumice, see Step 16 – is utterly brilliant, though infuriatingly, not by my hand. The very essence of Absorption stems from its unique resonance with both Aqueous and Porous states of matter. The Sponge, already adept at drawing in Water, seems to prime it; imagine the Wave combining with Wind in Step 6, but instead of a Storm, it's an inhale, a cosmic gulp! I theorize that the Pumice within the Sponge, born of fire and tectonic fury, creates microscopic rifts in the fabric of space, desperate to be filled.
